Dr. Arnold earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Southwest Baptist University. She received her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology. She specializes in working with First Responders (Law Enforcement, Fire Service, EMS, 911 Dispatchers, etc.) and their families. She is well versed in working with trauma and works from a trauma-informed lens. She is trained in Critical Incident Stress Management, Biofeedback and Prolonged Exposure Therapy and incorporates a wide variety of other modalities into treatment. Dr. Arnold is available for Critical Incident Debriefings as well as individual, couples, and family psychotherapy. She also offers Psychological Evaluations.
