Rachelle Noll is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri with a Master's of Science in Counseling Psychology from Avila University (1998). She has over 26 years of experience in the mental health field, including more than 23 years in outpatient therapy. Her career began in an emergency youth shelter, providing individual and family counseling, in-home case management, and emergency mental health assessments in local hospitals. In her outpatient practice, Rachelle works with children, adolescents, adults, and families, utilizing cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and client-centered approaches tailored to individual needs. Rachelle has experience working with military personnel through the Tricare network and also has a strong connection to the first responder community. She was married to a firefighter and has been familiar with the firefighter culture since age 16. She is also the mother of an active firefighter/paramedic with the Kansas City Fire Department and has personal experience with the impact of trauma and loss by suicide within the first responder culture. Additionally, her significant other is an active CIT officer with over 21 years in law enforcement. Rachelle has a deep respect for the dedication and sacrifice of firefighters/EMS and police officers.
