Rachelle Noll is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Missouri. Her educational background includes a Master's of Science in Counseling Psychology, which she earned from Avila University in 1998. Rachelle has worked in the mental health field for over 26 years and has practiced in outpatient therapy for over 23 years.
Rachelle's professional journey began with individual and family counseling within an emergency youth shelter. This early phase of her career involved working closely with young individuals and their families. In her capacity, she extended her support through in-home case management services, serving as a vital link between youth and their families in need. Additionally, Rachelle's skill set extends to providing emergency mental health assessments within local hospitals.
With a focus on outpatient therapy, Rachelle has consistently delivered her services for more than 23 years. Her clientele encompasses a diverse spectrum, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families, showcasing her versatility as a counselor. Her therapeutic methodology draws from a combination of cognitive-behavioral techniques, solution-focused strategies, and a client-centered approach, reflecting a holistic and tailored approach to each individual's needs.
Rachelle has experience working with military personnel as well as first responders. She is a provider for the Military One Source Network. She also has personal experience as she was married to a firefighter and from the age of 16 had exposure to the firefighter culture. She is also the mother of an active firefighter/paramedic for the Kansas City Fire Department. She also knows the loss of suicide due to trauma in the first responder culture. Her significant other is an active CIT officer, and he has been in law enforcement for over 21 years.
